AB 2854 Sales and Use Tax Law Compliance

Assembly Bill 2854 (AB 2854) requires cities and counties to annually provide specified information to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) and on their website relating to each agreement that results in the direct or indirect payment, transfer, diversion, or rebate of Bradley-Burns sales and use tax (SUT) revenues. The City of Imperial has one Sales Tax Agreement with Imperial Valley Volkswagen, LLC. Please visit link below.
