NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor of the City of Imperial has called a
Special Meeting of the Imperial City Council to consider the item(s) on this agenda.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in the meeting, please contact (760) 355-4373. Notification of 48 hours before the meeting will enable the city to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting [28 CFR 35.102-35.104 ADA title II].

PUBLIC COMMENT FOR CLOSED SESSION ITEMS ONLY: At this time, members of the public may address the City Council on Closed Session items in person or by contacting the City Clerk's Office at CityClerk@imperial.ca.gov. Pursuant to State Law, the City Council may not discuss or take action on issues not on the meeting agenda (Government Code Section 54954.2). If you are compensated to communicate with City officials, you may be required to register and/or make certain disclosures as a lobbyist. Please see the City Clerk for additional information. There is a time limit of three (3) minutes for anyone wishing to address the City Council on these matters.
