Online content from Encyclopaedia Britannica, Gale, ProQuest research databases, and Book Connections are available — at school, at home, in libraries, on laptops, on phones — to all.
These digital resources are provided for all California students from the California State Library.
Ancestry Library Edition
- Ancestry Library Edition - Available only inside the Imperial Public Library. Online source of information for conducting genealogical and local history research. The database includes the digitized images of the U.S. Federal Census from 1790 forward, the American Genealogical Biographical Index, and Passenger and Immigration Lists Index.
Encyclopaedia Britannica (PreK-12)
A comprehensive interactive resource for research and learning for grades K-12. Includes correlations to California Content Standards and other valuable teacher resources. Post links directly to each school level, elementary, middle or high.
