2023-24 Benefits Open Enrollments

Please see yesterday’s open enrollment webinar below for your reference.  If you were not able to attend yesterday’s webinar, the information provided in the presentation will assist you with choosing your benefits for the upcoming year!  Please note that the open enrollment period is currently open through June 2, 2023, and all benefit forms must be provided to the Human Resources department no later than Friday, June 2, 2023.  Please contact our office if you should have any questions or need assistance completing your benefit elections.

CORRECTED FORM: Please note that the initial Blue Shield Enrollment Form did not provide the correct rates for employee contributions.  The revised form is attached here, please be sure to use the updated form when completing your benefit elections.
