It is requested that longer presentations be submitted to the Council in writing.

 1.Continue Emergency Action Declared by Resolution 2022-60 For Repair of Suction Lines At Various Lift Stations.
D-2.SUBJECT:Declaration Of Emergency For A Water Leak At Wall Road.
 1.Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-71, Declaring An Emergency In Response to A Water Line Leak at Wall Road and Authorizing The City Manager to Take Necessary Action, and Ratification of Action Take To Date.
D-3.SUBJECT:Resolution of the Imperial City Council in support of the Imperial Irrigation District`s upstream operation reservoir project application.
 1.Adoption of Resolution 2022-72, in support of the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) project upstream operation reservoir projection application under the Bureau of Reclamation`s small surface and groundwater storage program to build a new reservoir.
