NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Imperial, acting by and through its CITY COUNCIL, will receive up to, but no later 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 07, 2024, PROPOSALS for negotiation and award of a contract concerning Labor Compliance Consulting Services.

The CITY, through the Community Development Department, is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified experienced individuals or firms to provide Labor Compliance Consulting Services for the 7th, 10th & 14th Streets Rehabilitation Project funded by State Grant Funds (CIP Project No 829), LPP SB1 Funds and LTA Measure “D” Funds. Final selection of individual or firm will be contingent upon approval from the Imperial City Council.
