Subject: Public Hearing, Discussion/Action: Conditional Use Permit 24-07 for Aten Express to allow the off-sale of beer and wine under a type 20 ABC license at 390 W. Aten Road. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15061 (b)(3) Common Sense and Section 15301, Existing Facilities.
