C. Public Appearances:

C-1. Matters not appearing on the agenda: If you wish to address the Council concerning any item within the Council`s jurisdiction, please raise your hand and be acknowledged by the Mayor. It is requested that longer presentations be submitted to the Council in writing.

F-1.SUBJECT:Amendment to The Victoria Ranch Specific Plan, Planned Unit Development Zone Change and Subdivision Revision to The Victoria Ranch Unit 4B Tentative Tract Map.
 1.Adoption/second reading by title only of Ordinance No. 822, approving the zone change from R-1 (single family) to PUD (planned unit development) within the Victoria Ranch specific plan.
F-2.SUBJECT:A Resolution Approving A Two-Year Time Extension for The Encanto Estates, Vesting Tentative Tract Map.
 1.Adoption of Resolution 2022-62, approving a two-year time extension for the Encanto Estates vesting tentative tract map.
F-3.SUBJECT:Purchase and Sale Agreement Between City of Imperial and 5th Street Development, LLC.
 1.Approval of Resolution 2022-65, City Council of the City of Imperial approving the sale of approximately 20,000.00 square feet of right of way on Imperial Avenue and the authorizing City Manager and / or His designee to enter into a purchase and sale agreement to effectuate said sale.
